Jico Electronics – Returns and Refunds Policy

At Jico Electronics, we take pride in supplying high-quality electronic products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns or Refunds on Correctly Supplied Goods

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for goods that have been correctly supplied as per the customer’s order. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Exchanges for Incorrectly Supplied Items

If an item has been incorrectly supplied by Jico Electronics, we will offer an exchange for the correct item, provided that:

  • The item is unused.

  • It is returned in the original condition and packaging as supplied.

  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

3. Customer Order Errors

If an error is made by the customer when placing the order, Jico Electronics reserves the right to refuse any request for an exchange or refund. However, we may, at our discretion, consider exchange requests under certain circumstances. In such cases, any exchange is subject to stock availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Procedure for Exchanges

To request an exchange for an incorrectly supplied item, please contact our customer service team at info@jico.co.za with your order number and details of the issue. Do not return any goods without prior authorization.
